These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the Euroshort platform (the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, do not use the Platform.
1. Service Description
Euroshort is a digital content platform that lets its users watch European vertical micro-dramas. The Platform operates through its website and mobile applications.
Content on the Platform is offered in three categories: free, accessible with coins, and requiring a VIP subscription.
2. Account Rules
Creating an Account
To use the Platform, you must create an account. When creating an account, you are obliged to provide accurate and up-to-date information. If you are under 18, the consent of your legal guardian/parent is required.
Account Security
You are responsible for the security of your account information. Do not share your password with others. If you notice any unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately.
Account Suspension/Deletion
Accounts that violate these Terms may be suspended or permanently deleted without notice. In the event of account deletion, coin balances and subscription rights are non-refundable.
3. Coin and Payment Terms
Coin System: Coins are a virtual currency used to access locked sections within the platform. Coins can be purchased or earned through in-platform activities.
Purchases: Coin purchases are final and non-refundable. Purchased coins can only be used within the Euroshort platform and cannot be transferred to third parties.
Pricing: Coin prices and packages may be changed without prior notice. Existing balances are not affected by price changes.
VIP Subscription: The VIP subscription is an automatically renewing service. Cancellation must be completed before the current period ends. After cancellation, you continue to enjoy VIP features until the end of the period.
Refund Policy: For digital content purchases, no refunds are given once the content has been accessed. In cases arising from technical issues, you can contact the support team.
4. Content Usage Rights
All content on the Platform (series, images, text, logos, designs) is owned by Euroshort or its content providers and is protected by copyright.
Users may watch the platform's content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- •Copying, downloading, saving, or distributing content
- •Republishing content or using it for commercial purposes
- •Modifying the platform's content or creating derivative works
- •Attempting to circumvent technical protection measures
- •Recording content via screen capture or similar methods
5. User Obligations
When using the Platform, you are obliged to comply with the following rules:
- •Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
- •Not violating the rights of other users
- •Refraining from actions that would harm the Platform's technical infrastructure
- •Not creating fake accounts or using bots
- •Not attempting to abuse the coin system
6. Disclaimer of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is". Euroshort does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Euroshort is not liable for damages or losses arising from the following situations:
- •Interruptions in platform access or technical failures
- •The user's negligence in protecting their account information
- •Problems with third-party services
- •Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, internet infrastructure problems, etc.)
Euroshort reserves the right to change the content, prices, and features on the platform without prior notice.
7. Dispute Resolution
The Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms. Disputes will first be sought to be resolved through mutual negotiation.
8. Changes to the Terms
Euroshort reserves the right to change these terms of use at any time. Changes will be published on this page. For significant changes, users will be notified by e-mail. Continuing to use the platform after changes means that you accept the new terms.
