To know the third parties, at home or abroad, to whom your personal data is transferred.
To request correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately.
To request the erasure or destruction of your personal data within the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK.
To request that operations carried out under paragraphs (e) and (f) be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred.
To object to a result to your detriment arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems.
To claim compensation for damages you suffer due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

To exercise the rights described above, you may apply using one of the following methods:

Written Application
You may apply by post to our company address with a wet-signed petition.
Your applications will be concluded free of charge within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, taking into account the nature of your request. If the process incurs an additional cost, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
